Shipping Policy

Please Contact Us regarding any changes to your order prior to shipping. All orders over $250 require signature upon delivery. If you wish to remove this signature requirement, contact us immediately after order is placed.

All orders will ship within 1-2 business days after payment is processed and accepted.

Shipping charges are charged on a flat fee based on size, weight, and insured value of your order. All shipped orders placed through Cascade Asset Management Marketplace are insured based on the total sale price of the order before tax.

 

Shipping charges are as follows:

  • Desktops
    • $10 flat shipping rate + $5 for each additional desktop
  • Laptops
    • $10 flat shipping rate + $5 for each additional laptop
  • Monitors
    • $15 flat shipping rate + $10 for each additional monitor
    • Phones and Tablets
      • $10 flat shipping rate + $5 for each additional phone/tablet

    Shipping transit time typically ranges from 1-7 business days depending on location.

    Expedited order option available for an additional fee.
    Expedited orders will ship same day if placed before 3:00 P.M. CST.

    Tracking number will be provided the day item ships. Local customers may pick up item(s) upon request.

    Warranty & Returns

    Any purchase may be returned for any reason within the first forty-five (45) days after purchase.  Cascade will refund the original purchase price, and at its sole discretion based on the situation (such as customer modification, etc.) may implement a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee (which is rare). The returned product must be in its original purchase condition. Any work necessary to return it to its original condition, including the removal of application software, will be billed at our published repair rates and deducted from the refund. Returned merchandise must be delivered to Cascade prepaid by the customer. Cascade will cover normal shipping costs for replacement parts or items sent to customer as a part of this warranty agreement. Expedited shipping requested by the customer will be charged directly to the customer.
