Matching dual monitor setup will be ensured that models and picture quality of both monitors are matching. If you order multiple monitors and do not select the matching model selection, we can not ensure models and picture are matching.

Shipping transit time typically ranges from 1-10 business days depending on location.

Expedited order option available for an additional fee.
Expedited orders will ship same day if placed before 3:00 P.M. CST.

Tracking number will be provided the day item ships. Local customer's may pick up item(s) upon request.

• Any purchase may be returned for any reason within the first forty-five (45) days after purchase.
• Cascade will refund the original purchase price, and at its sole discretion based on the situation (such as customer modification, etc.) may implement a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee (which is rare).
• The returned product must be in its original purchase condition. Any work necessary to return it to its original condition, including the removal of application software, will be billed at our published repair rates and deducted from the refund.
• Returned merchandise must be delivered to Cascade prepaid by the customer. Cascade will cover normal shipping costs for replacement parts or items sent to customer as a part of this warranty agreement.
• Expedited shipping requested by the customer will be charged directly to the customer.
