Do your products include a guarantee?
Yes, all items include our 45-Day Guarantee. You may return any purchase for any reason within the first 45 days after purchase. In most instances, we will refund the original purchase price. See our Warranty Policy or Terms for full details.
Can I return or exchange an item?
We allow returns within the first 45 days after purchase (see our Warranty Policy). Returned merchandise must be delivered to Cascade prepaid by the customer. We will cover normal shipping costs for replacement parts or items sent to a customer as a part of a warranty agreement.
Exchanges may be possible if we have a similar item in stock, but note that our inventory of the exact make, model, and condition is limited. If there is a difference in the sale price it may require a credit from us or an additional charge to you.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal and all major credit cards. You may create an account on our website to help speed checkout time and save your payment preferences for future purchases.
What are my shipping options and how much do they cost?
We offer FREE shipping within the United States for most purchases. Exceptions include computer monitors: the fee is $10 per monitor due to the additional packaging and shipping costs required. Purchases that include a monitor and items in our “Free Shipping” category will be charged a $10 shipping fee. Additional exceptions to free shipping may apply.
NOTE: For your protection, orders over $250 require a signature upon delivery. To remove this requirement, contact us immediately after you place your order.
All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after payment is processed and accepted. Items are typically shipped via FedEx Ground. Transit times typically range from 1-7 business days. We will email you a tracking number when we ship your package.

- Marketplace: This site includes in-demand, higher-quality equipment, and the number of devices we have in inventory meets our minimum threshold for adding the make/model to our offerings.
- eBay: This site includes quality equipment with less demand and/or the number of devices we have in inventory is low.
